Refund Policy

1. A user (an individual or a legal entity who has paid for access to one of the agat.wiki tariffs) always has the right to unilaterally cancel paid access to one of the agat.wiki tariffs

2. If the User refuses to receive access under one of the tariffs, after payment, the Supplier is obliged to refund the User the funds paid for access under one of the tariffs.

3. The amount to be refunded when purchasing access to one of the tariffs is determined according to the following rules:

3.1. The Supplier returns the amount paid to the User in full if the User has received access for no more than one month under any paid tariff. If you have paid for access for more than one month, the money will not be refunded;

3.2. Access to any of the tariffs is considered the very fact of paying for access.

4. The costs associated with the refund ( including the commission of the payment system) are borne by the User and deducted from the refunded amount.

5. To refuse to use the access received under one of the tariffs to the User it is necessary to inform the Supplier about this by e-mail: support@agat.wiki . The Supplier terminates the User's access to the specified tariff within three business days from the date of receipt of the relevant notification.

6. To refund the funds, the User sends a message to the email address: support@agat.wiki. In the message, the User must specify: the name of the tariff, which he wants to refuse access to, and the email address that was specified. when paying, enter the login and password of your personal account on the agat.wiki website.
